My friend Chris (who you met waaaaaay back when Kara and I had the housewarming party in IC) was the bassist for the Slats on the first album (Car) and maybe for a little while after that until he and his wife had their first baby and he quit. I can confirm that indeed they are fun and noisy.</description>
